Follow the “Détaxe - Tax Refund” signage.
The PABLO kiosks and the tax-free customs office are located between baggage check-in zones 3 and 4.
Tips and warnings
Opening hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, to cover all international flight departures.
Cash Paris kiosks are not PABLO kiosks. Only PABLO kiosks can validate your tax-free forms.
If you need a paper version of your tax-free forms, you can print them at any pharmacy inside CDG airport (printing fees are reimbursed by Zapptax). The nearest pharmacy is the Pharmacie du Voyage in Terminal 2E, opposite the Exki restaurant.
