Tips and warnings
Tax refund is only possible at Terminal 1. If your flight departs from Terminal 2, go to Terminal 1 to have your tax-free forms validated before checking in your luggage at Terminal 2.
The airport customs brigade operates 24/7. If no officer is at the customs booth, the booth is equipped with a landline phone to contact the service; if there is no answer on the landline, a mobile number posted on the booth’s window reaches the tax refund service, which is always available.
