How to find customs
- Go to the baggage check-in area (level 1).
- Head to the Air France and Transavia check-in counters.
- Take the corridor in front of you, following the “Détaxe / Tax refund” signs.
- Two PABLO kiosks are located at the end of the corridor, on your left.
Tips and warnings
- Opening hours: the PABLO kiosks are available between 4:00 AM and midnight.
- Outside these hours, customs officers are on duty 24/7 at the tax-free customs office located right opposite the PABLO kiosks.
