Tips and warnings
‼️ Warning: the PABLO kiosks are located after the security checks, in the departure terminal exclusively reserved for direct flights to a country outside the European Union (for example a Nantes-Casablanca or a Nantes-Tunis flight).
No PABLO kiosk is available in the other departure terminal, reserved for flights to an airport within the European Union (for example a Nantes-Paris or a Nantes-Amsterdam flight). Therefore, if your trip from Nantes to a final destination outside the European Union includes a connection at a European Union airport (for example a Nantes-Paris-Singapore or a Nantes-Amsterdam-Singapore flight), you will not be able to access the PABLO kiosks. In that case, contact us so we can tell you the procedure to follow based on your itinerary.
