Paris Gare du Nord - Eurostar International Terminal (Hall 2)
How to find customs
Go to Level 1 of the station, reachable via the escalators near track 17 or the lifts located between tracks 9 and 10, opposite track 17.
Go through the access gates by scanning the QR code on your boarding tickets.
Go through the passport checks: your passport will be checked twice, first by the French authorities, then by the UK border authorities.
Go through the security checks.
Then follow the “Détaxe” (tax refund) signs, which will lead you to the PABLO kiosks, located in the departure lounge, and to the tax-free customs office if needed.
Tips and warnings
The six PABLO kiosks at Gare du Nord are available during the Eurostar terminal’s full opening hours, from 6:00 AM. They are reserved for travelers holding a Paris-London Eurostar ticket and are located after the French border police, UK Border Force and baggage security checks.
Opening hours: customs officers are on duty at all times at the tax-free customs office located near the PABLO kiosks, from the first to the last train, including when its departure is delayed.
