Go to the Eurostar Terminal, located near tracks 7 and 8, opposite the Prêt A Manger restaurant.
First go through the security checks, then the Belgian and UK border controls.
Then walk through the Aelia Duty Free area.
At the exit of this area, you will see a Starbucks in front of you and an EXKi restaurant on your left.
Turn immediately left to enter the waiting room, before reaching these shops.
The tax-free customs office is at the far end of this room.
Tips and warnings
The tax-free customs office may be closed when no traveler shows up for tax refund procedures.
If no customs officer is present, call +32 478 01 72 68 and let it ring long enough (see photo below). An officer will come and open the office to validate your tax-free forms.
